COVID-19 Information

Special message from BCLS

As you are aware, we are experiencing an outbreak of the novel coronavirus, also known as COVID-19, which is a respiratory illness currently being spread from person to person.

Our libraries continue to be closed to the public until further notice. Our book drops remain open and materials can still be dropped off. If you’d like to continue using your borrowed items, you can renew them online. Fines are not being charged until such time as our buildings are permitted to reopen.

In the meantime, as a reminder, the Library has many digital services available to you for free, such as eBooks and eAudiobooks, streaming movies, music and television shows, and digital newspapers and magazines. You can find these resources under the eBranch tab on our webpage:

If you don’t already have a library card, you can visit our webpage and click on “Get a Library Card” to register and gain instant access to many of the library’s online services.
